This famous photo is seen in Ken Burn's The War

The story about this great photo is written by my father Lt. Col. James Kitchen, US ARMY, when his army unit entered into Paris, 1944. His is shown almost center front row, head turned.

This famous photo below seen in the introduction of the first episode and the end of part 4 of Ken Burn's movie The War. It is an amazing series. Ken Burns never disappoints me in his work.



This photo is perhaps one of the most reproduced war photos of ever to be taken during war.
